Class and Workshop Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Enrollees

Class Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the enrollee must be received by the League no less than 14 days prior to commencement of the first session to receive a refund or credit of fees paid.

Should an enrollee cancel less than 14 days prior to class, the office will offer that spot to the next person on the waiting list.

If there is no waiting list, the enrollee may, after consultation with the office, offer their spot to someone else (but there is no refund or credit).

All changes regarding registration must be made through the office.

Workshop Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the enrollee must be received by the League no less than 45 days prior to the first day of the workshop to receive a credit or refund of monies paid.

Cancellations or changes less than 45 days prior will receive NO refund or transfer unless a waiting list exists and the space is successfully sold to another student.

If there is no waiting list, the enrollee may, after consultation with the office, offer their spot to someone else (but there is no refund or credit).

If the need to cancel less than 45 days prior is due to a serious personal situation, a request for a partial or full refund may be presented to the Board, in writing, for their consideration.

All changes regarding registration must be made through the office.

Incomplete Classes or Workshops

No refunds will be issued to any enrollees unable to complete a class or workshop.

Cancellation by the League

Should a class or workshop be cancelled by the League, the enrollee will be promptly notified and issued a full refund of monies paid or may choose credit toward future classes or workshops.
